Doozy on mobile
Doozy for iOS and Android gives you the same workspaces, Doozies, conversations, to-dos, captures, files, and approvals as the web app. Use it to capture work when it appears, respond in a shared thread, check what people and Doozies are doing, and unblock sensitive actions without returning to your desk.
Your Doozies run in the cloud. Closing the mobile app, losing reception temporarily, or locking your phone doesn’t stop work already running in Morph.
Requirements
- A Doozy account and at least one workspace.
- A supported iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet with a current operating system.
- Internet access for messaging, synchronization, file previews, and approvals.
- Notification permission if you want alerts when a Doozy needs attention.
For repository work, complex file comparison, or watching a live browser session, desktop and web provide more room. Mobile is designed for capture, direction, review, and approval.
Sign in and set up
Install Doozy from your platform’s app store and sign in with the same account you use on the web or desktop.
Choose a default workspace and enable only the notifications you need. Biometric device protection is recommended, especially when your workspaces can reach company systems.
Connected-app authentication and Codex authentication may open a secure browser flow. Complete passwords, passkeys, and verification codes in that flow rather than sending them in chat.
Capture work quickly
Start with text, voice, a photo, a file, or a shared link. You can be deliberately informal:
This customer call felt risky. Figure out what changed, compare it with the account plan, and get the right people ready to follow up tomorrow. Don’t message the customer.
Doozy can inspect the workspace, identify the account and recent call, select relevant Doozies, and turn the request into visible to-dos (aka tasks or work items). If it can’t safely resolve an important ambiguity, it asks you with the available options.
Message a Doozy
Open Conversations, choose a Doozy, and send a message. Attach supporting material when it isn’t already in the workspace.
To redirect active work, send a direct correction in the same conversation. State what changed and whether completed work should be preserved.
Stop the outreach draft. Keep the research, but rewrite the recommendation for the customer-success lead instead.
Coordinate several Doozies
Open the To-dos view to see ownership, dependencies, status, and requests for input. Reassign a to-do, add another Doozy, change the priority, or clarify the expected result from the same interface.
You don’t need to manually relay findings between Doozies. Handoffs carry to-do context and point to the same workspace files. Use the conversation history and to-do activity to inspect who did what.
Review work and approvals
The Approvals queue gathers actions that need your decision. Open a card to review the proposed action, target, parameters, supporting context, and the Doozy requesting it.
Approve, reject, or send feedback. For external messages, publishing, destructive actions, purchases, and sensitive account changes, read the final payload rather than approving from the notification preview alone.
Search prior work
Search conversations, to-dos, captures (aka notes, recordings, or inbox items), and files from the workspace. A Doozy can also search prior work for you:
Find the decision we made about annual contracts, tell me what evidence it used, and link the original conversation.
Notifications
Mobile notifications can alert you when:
- a Doozy needs input;
- an approval is waiting;
- a to-do completes or fails;
- a scheduled responsibility finds something important;
- someone mentions you in a workspace.
Tune notification rules per workspace and Doozy. Scheduled success should usually remain quiet; exceptions and blocked work deserve attention.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Doozy keep working when I close the mobile app?
Yes. Work runs in the cloud and inside Morph, so locking your phone, closing the app, or temporarily losing reception doesn't stop an active to-do.
What can I do from the mobile app?
You can capture requests, message Doozies, attach context, review to-dos and artifacts, respond to approvals, redirect work, and monitor workspace activity.
Can I connect apps or Codex from mobile?
Supported connection flows can open a secure browser from mobile. Complete passwords, passkeys, MFA, and provider consent in that flow instead of sending credentials in chat.
How do mobile notifications work?
Notification rules can surface approvals, blocked work, requests for input, mentions, and completed results. Tune them by workspace and Doozy so routine success stays quiet.
Is mobile workspace state the same as web and desktop?
Yes. Conversations, to-dos, captures, assignments, approvals, files, and activity stay synchronized for workspace members. Desktop and web remain better for several open tabs, large artifacts, and live computer inspection.
